General Terms

·The membership is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
·The Priviliz Membership Card is non-transferable.
·Membership cards and vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged or traded.
·Lost or misplaced cards or vouchers cannot be replaced.
·Discounts are applicable only upon presentation of a valid membership card.
·All discounts are exclusive of applicable taxes.
·Only one membership card can be used per party, per table, per meal period.
·All vouchers are valid for one-time use only and must be surrendered at the time of redemption.
·The management reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.

·Complimentary room night stay vouchers are not valid from 15th December to 5th January.
·All room reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
·Complimentary room upgrade vouchers are not applicable for suite categories (except for Platinum Membership).
